Issue Description	Issues seem pretty darn slow to load. Eliminate the duplicate loading of comments in GetIssue.get(int), and make sure you have indexed CREATED in ISSUE_COMMENTS.

Luke Kolin (DVA043) 07/05/2005 21:25 ET	I've optimized the SQL, but it's still frigging slow. We need to check if the time is in the DAO, or somewhere else.

Luke Kolin (DVA043) 07/07/2005 15:02 ET	This might be slow because of the way we are loading the pilot data in Issues. Get rid of GetPilotIssue and just load a pilot from an ID Collection. This might be related to our losing of signatures, since GetPilotIssue does NOT load signatures, but some methods populate the cache.

Luke Kolin (DVA043) 07/07/2005 21:02 ET	Fixed. GetFromDirectory would not load the singature ID, then cache the value.
