Issue Description	My departure ACARS screen fails to show many SID/STAR that are used in flight planning. Clicking the "update SID/STAR data"option under File on the ACARS screen results in an attempted upload which fails resulting in a message: "Access to path C:\ProgramData\DeltaVirtual\ss_AGGH.xml denied." Required for checkride. Thank you - Clarence AFV 705.

Clarence McGaha (AFV705) 03/26/2013 21:09 ET	I stilll need the update, but will attempt to fly with the few available STAR approaches for EDDM.
Clarence McGaha (AFV705) 03/26/2013 21:09 ET	Many SID and STARS I had available 4 months ago no longer appear in ACARS route planner. For example from my log book ride of LOWW-LFPG the STAR used in Dec 2012 DINA5W.LORNI.RW26 is gone. Everytime I log on there seems to be fewer routes.
Brian Hankey (AFV230) 03/26/2013 21:09 ET	The SID and STAR information is downloaded from our provider. I will have the team take a look at this to see why fewer and fewer are apparently displaying.
