Issue Description	Sterling - For Rahul/Luke I wanted to suggest a mandatory image size (in pixels) for the forum when images are added. Currently, when some images are added, they are often huge, stretching past my screen (20 inch monitor and 30 inch monitor).

Ryan Watkins (DVA455) 05/14/2013 19:58 ET	Yeah, we could make the default image display 1024x768 or something like that and then provide a link to open the image in a separate window in its full size. A popup blocker would prevent it from opening though.
