Issue Description	We probably need to make a special StatusUpdate code for removal of security roles and equipment ratings, and not show these in the Pilot Accomplishments page. Congratulations on your recent demotion!

Luke Kolin (DVA043) 07/08/2005 00:49 ET	One thing we should do is write a comparator between ranks so we can determine if we are really getting promoted. It should compare the stages of the equipment types, and then if they are the same compare the ranks. The ordering of ranks should be done in the same order they appear in systemConfig.xml.

Luke Kolin (DVA043) 07/08/2005 16:01 ET	I wrote a proper RankComparator, and am properly recognizing promotions, while marking other changes as "Rank Changes".
