Issue Description	I'd like to get comments via e-mail. (Of course it won't help much when I am at work). Create a checkbox flag below the comments to send via e-mail. Send it to the author and assigneee. You'll need to create a new message template for this, called ISSUECOMMENT.

Luke Kolin (DVA043) 07/08/2005 10:54 ET	Make sure you copy the template data into the Domino database we use to store them, so it doesn't get overwritten next time we update the database.
