Issue Description We have an incorrect SQL statement in SetSchedule.updateAirline; we also have an arror in airportList.jsp. Let's create a format JSP tag for latitude/longitude values.

07/11/2005 15:32 ET		 We cannot update Airports, since there is no field for time zone. Additionally, there is no way to create a new Airline/Airport.
