Issue Description Do you think we can add a tab in the DVA Dispatch ACARS that shows: http://www.aviationweather.gov/adds/winds/
along with a option within the window to view the different flight levels that can be chosen on the NWS website..

Also Tom H had a great idea to have an algorithm that calculates fuel based off path trajectory and encountered winds, based on the above data?

I think the first request might be easy, the second might take some research.
