Recently I flew into KSEA and ATC said that 16C is now open and being used. I'm using FS9. Is there an updated scenery file that will bring KSEA into this century for us FS9'ers?

Ksea doesn't even have 3 Runways in FSX either.

Avsim and other addon places should have free updates for it, but most people don't have it. Even if you have 3 runways and are flying online you'd have to ask permission from the controller to land on the new runway because they usually just assume you only have two.

Hey Bill! As Matthew said, you can usually find files on AVSIM to add the 3rd runway.

FSX was made before the 3rd runway expansion, so FS2004 doesn't have it either. In essence, how it works is this:

Runway 34L/16R was added to the west side of the field. The original 16R is now labeled as 16C 16L remains unchanged.

Generally speaking they will have you land on 16C(Old 16R). Your scenery may read it as 16R, but just treat it as 16C smile
