Good morning DVA crew, I have not flown in months and mainly due to significant life changes, including a divorce and finding the love of my life and her 2 young kids that I am fathering. Life is great !

However, I moved out of the apartment and into hers, and not able to setup the sim so dismanteled it for now at my folks place, where covered with blankets with wiring disconnected on all oem parts.

We are planning to get a house soon together depending on the market, " thanks covid" and when so able to have my own room where i can flesh out a complete sim with enclosure.

In the mean time I do log on here and check out any questions and help where I can,

I’m glad to see you’re still with us. Bummer on the not being able to fly but hey at least you can still check in with DVA. I’m sorry to hear of life situations. Sometimes life will put interesting situations for us to learn and grow.

I hope that 2021 will be better for all of us. 2020 has been rough. I hope you have a happy new year! The housing market has grown a bit out here. Prices are lower but the market is growing.

Joe it was the best decision in my life, I am so much happier the happiest ive been in 20 years ! life could not be better now !
