Just out of curiosity. Is there anyone from DVA attending the flightsim expo 2021 which will happen June 5-6 in San Diego, CA?

Provided COVID 19 allows it, I have made reservations and will be attending for the first time. But would be great if we can meet with some DVA fellow pilots.

That's awesome guys. I already have the flight booked from MCO to SAN. Can't wait to get back to a sense of normality for once and for all. Besides it will be the first year attending.

I feel like I agree with Kyle. I’m in Oregon and we follow along with California restrictions for the most part. We are just now looking at reopening movie theaters with a MAX of 6 in attendance. Schools are still only 10 students per class and 1 or 2 days a week for in person. Bars and restaurants are still take out only. I just don’t see how California is all of the sudden going to decide that thousands of people in the same building is safe when we can’t even eat in the same building. I’d love to go and I’ve never been to one but I don’t think it’s the year for it. But who knows maybe vaccine rollout will help things but it’ll have to be faster than it is now - still need a month between shots and only like 5% of the state has the first shot yet.
