VATUSA is partnering with two official VATSIM VAs: JoinAvA.org and AALva.org. Their group flight routes are listed below. The event will officially begin at 2300z (7pm ET). Select long-haul events will have exceptions to this which will be described in the pilot briefing. -The flight must be flown using ACARS. -The route flown must match one of the routes listed above for the event. -The entire flight, from takeoff to landing, must be flown within the scheduled time window for the event. If you are unable to land prior to the end of the event, please include a reason for this (ATC delay, weather, simulator issue, etc) in your PIREP remarks and limited exceptions can be made.
