**Delta Virtual Airlines Online Event Briefing**

DVA25 - DVA’s 25th Anniversary Event Extravaganza

This March marks 25 years of our favorite virtual airline, and we're circling the globe to celebrate! Join us for 25 legs to celebrate 25 years of DVA, with destinations celebrating Delta's tremendous partnerships with other airlines around the world, past and present. Visit huge metropolitan hubs of alliance members and far-flung destinations brought to you by codeshare networks. Our first week will visit some of Delta's North American hubs and hubs of its partners, including WestJet and PanAm. In week two we'll traipse about Europe, hopping between hubs of joint venture and Skyteam Alliance partners. Week three will bring us to East Asia and Delta's partners in the orient, with many cities also historically served by legacy Northwest Airlines. An adventure across the Australian Outback will comprise our penultimate week before we will cross the South Pacific and close our final week with destinations brought to you by Delta's South American partners.

You'll have 24 hours to fly each segment of the event at your convenience. Feel free pick up and join in on any day of the event, even if you miss one along the way. Unlike a Tour, each leg does NOT require completion of the prior leg. Each week will be connected by longer flights for those who wish for an additional weekend challenge!

Event Credit Policy
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

To receive event credit on your PIREP, the flight must meet the following minimum requirements:

-The flight must be flown online using VATSIM for 100% of the flight. Select long-haul events will have exceptions to this which will be described in the pilot briefing, see NOTAMs below for more info.
-The flight must be flown using ACARS.
-The route flown must match one of the routes listed above for the event.
-The entire flight, from takeoff to landing, must be flown within the scheduled time window for the event. If you are unable to land prior to the end of the event, please include a reason for this (ATC delay, weather, simulator issue, etc) in your PIREP remarks and limited exceptions can be made.

(1) Contact DVA Dispatch for route planning assistance on the day of the event.
(2) The following legs are exempt from the 100% Online Time requirement. On these legs, you need only to be online for the first and last 30 minutes of the flight to avoid unintentional interference with other traffic:

	b) Connection Leg 2: Paris CDG (LFPG/CDG) - Beijing (ZBAA/PEK)
