Before we get to carried away, in addition to have good piloting skills understanding the full potential of the Slew Command in FSX and the Cut and Paste functions in Photoshop are also helpful. LOL

Actually, I think it is an unaltered screenshot. Look at the relation of the aircraft shadow to the cheesewagon.
The ATR is actually stopped on the grass.

Via the pause and slew commands the ATR72-500 is directly on top of the bus (look at the shadows across the bus). The "Success - Mission Resolution" and "Brakes" artwork is shopped in using the cut and paste function and the "slew" artwork was erased so it looks like a normal completed FSX mission. Basically, I completed the mission with the default aircraft and took screenshot, then I did it again with the ATR72-500 and manipulated both images to get the final result. Enjoy! 
An hour of my life that I will never get back but thought it was good for a laugh!
