2) Permit TRE to access current editor@deltava.org

3) Enable IMAP for Randy King.

4) Educate TRE in creating IMAP accounts and resolving logon problems.

1) I have updated the authentication configuration for the IMAP mailboxes; andrewv@deltava.org should work to log in with the 12345 password. You can update his profile (and Andrew D's) to point the events@deltava.org alias.

3/4) Please go into Randy's profile and attempt to create the mailbox. It should all be done from the webapp.

2) I was never able to access mattr@deltava.org inbox. Could you have a look before inactivating IMAP in his profile to see if there are any important messages?

3/4) Randy is set and working including the alias. I will eventually get this down so that I no longer need to bother you.

Afraid not. I will update the password and send to you for distribution to Andrew.

I believe you can change the password for andrewv and mattr by editing into their user profiles; it's near the bottom.

I looked for the change password area in the user profiles. None was found.

This is a bug. I need to create a PostfixSQLAuthenticator to automatically synchronize the passwords and make it all transparent, just like we do with TeamSpeak and everything else. This is exactly the situation our authentication model was written to handle.

Good idea to sync to the same password. I am curious, my logons to IMAP are different than staff. Do we need to change my logon to be uniform and in sync with others?

The use of a universal password will cause some access issues for users. We need to alert them of the change.

Yes sir, it is. My userID is terry, while other users it would be terry@deltava.org I recall that you have a specific reason for the variance, but I cannot recall the specifics. Sorry.

I think both logins should work. I now recall the way to update the e-mail account password; you need to update your web site password and the two will get sync'd. That's the only way I was able to do it.

I have updated the mailbox password for mattr@deltava.org to be delinked from matt's profile, and the password is the same as at 1and1. Please let me know when I can delete the mailbox.

I reviewed and cleaned out all messages in all folders in the mailbox. You can proceed with deleting the mailbox.
