How can a 5 hour trip in a 747-400 be outside schedule guidelines? I had this flag before on a flight from ANC-MSP in a Airbus 320. I landed both with a decent amount of fuel left in the tank. So why am I getting this message?

That is not depending on what aircraft you flew, but if the duration of the flight is in accordance with the distance....v.gr. a 400 miles flight that took 3 hours to complete....

yeah I have seen that before myself on my last flight I did with the B1900 but you can see why i got that thoug I did an event that was 2.9 hours and was planned to be about 2 hours in a jet, but I find it more of a chalenge to use the B1900 for things like that but does it effect the chances of the flight report getting approved at all ?
Plus this is the only tim e I can use the B1900 I cant do regular flights with it theres nothing in the time table for it.

It does not affect whether the flight report is a approved or not.

I usually get that when I fly the D6 on a leg typically flown in a jet. But the flights are approved no prob.

I got the same message on an EVENT flight where the ATC had me on hold twice. No problem, the flight was approved. Its good to know that ACARS does such a good job of tracking your flight.

This is when you complete theflight in unrealistic timeframes- either extra time taken or too less. May also be if you indicated the wrong type of aircraft than that actually flown, doing the distance too soon or too late.

I got this message the other day, too, when I filed a flight report. It was still approved. I had flown the flight back later in ACARS and didn't get that message because it was verified in acars.
