Hello friends
my name is elad i rejion delta after long inactive period i fly on the 763 and i wannae ask what is tje regulation in case i am fly with acares and LDS give me something like engine failure? what is the policy of book the flight , lets i fly from LLBG to KJFK and due engine failure i have to land at EGLL or lets say i preform RTO on deprture airfield

Hello Elad, I presume that you have to write in ACARS "Remarks" what problem you had and it will be OK. All your flights are approuved by PERSONS not systems and sometimes happens to fly at different altitude than filed or to land at different airport....the thing is to let DVA staff know wy did you do it....Ok when you have 5 RTO's per day.....maybe they will be souspicious...:). Happy flights...

Hopefully staff will be see it and be ok. Odds are yes. If you don't have an engine failure, then it's always good to land at an alternate airport which you can put in on ACARS.
