Thats a great resource there, I have checked the FAA site aswell under KATL. All the charts are there for departure arrival etc. Is there any chart somewhere showing the stand positions/lat/lon etc.

Try the Delta website. We have so many flights at ATL we use more than one terminal. If you want to know where a particular Delta flight will park quickly, just google the flight number

if you're using it for FMS/FMC purposes - just initialize at current position. You could go into Google Earth and get the exact Lat/Lon off the cursor position.

I can see what your saying as far as parking stands. It's very different for every airline (specifically DL and FL) and is some what inaccurate on wiki and even the airport wesite. DL's parking stands on C and D change at least 2 times a year. The only way you'll get information like that is direct from airline inhouse parking charts. I use to have them for C and Dbut they are almost 2 years old and the stands has changed to accommodate CR9s and the elimination of the ATR in the fleet.

Here are the locations of the gates at ATL. I have the most current JeppView database and only charts that change are updated.

We would be assigned a gate as soon as we got on the ground, but when we were handed off to ASA ops C/D tower, they would assign us to a parking T at the gate. For example, D27 has 4 parking Ts. But i'm sure what i'm saying is not what you meant. This actually only applies to DCI gates. What Ryan provided is on spot and is exactly what the guys R/W use.

If you REALLY want to know the exact parking gates in Atlanta for Delta flights, you can always check Delta.com, check flight status for a flight. It will give you the gate assignment, but, that will be the long way to do it.
