To help you understand the fuel capacitys of the CRJ's you must view it like this. The fuel tanks for the 200 and 700 are almost the same size. When you add 20 more seats it increases the weight of the aircraft, which burns more fuel, indirectly affecting the range. You can trust the information in the AOM in the document library. The staff did an excellent job in updating it.
