I know delta used them in some capacity but does anybody know from where and on what routes.

I believe up in the NE, out of destinations as JFK, LGA, or BOS, but I'm not sure of this.

They were used by former DL Conx carrier Big Sky Airlines, they flew routes between BOS/CVG to small towns like Massena, NY and Owensboro, KY. The routes were cut due to Big Sky's performance and financial problems and eventual bankruptcy.
