I bought the Manhattan X scenery...it's pretty awesome. Unfortunatly it absolutely KILLS FPS as you can probably imagine from looking at the screenshots.

It's advertised to be primarily used to fly a helicopter around which I have yet to do but I bet it is great for that.

Sitting on the ground at JFK (using the fsdreamteam scenery too) I was looking at about 10 less FPS than normal, but I was seeing a lot more stutters than before.

Conclusion: It's an awesome scenery but probably not recommended when all you do is fly jets into and out of NY

Nice Shots. I have the FS9 version, also a FPS hog. Try changing the date to April 30th on the FS9 version there is an easter egg for the scenery.

The scenery only covers Manhattan Island, Statue of Liberty, Governors Island and Roosevelt Island. The outlining boroughs are not included in the scenery.

OMG! That scenery looks amazing. But i get low fps with default NYC- i cant even imagine what you get with that. Noah- you are one brave man! lol nice shots!

In default FS X scenery, there is a "twin" of the Citigroup Center located across the East River from Manhattan. It is a bug with FS X.

In FSX anything above 10 FPS can be smooth. I have this scenery and FSX maxed and it runs fine. I'm more concerned about FTX Pacific Northwest. Seattle area eats more frames than any scenery out there for FSX.
