Back in the mid 1980's,i rode bicycles as a USCF Cat 4 racer...When there were too many once for a race,the USCF District Rep,took out his mighty pen,and upgraded the overload of 4s into 3's....

Its just a thought..

Fail to get the point.

Our programs are designed to scale services meeting the needs of that program. Whether we have 5, 25 or 250 in a program has no impact on the individual participant.

I think what he means is that if there are too many CRJ-200 pilots we could make a CRJ-700 program or 2 CRJ groups where there is two groups named crj-200? At least that’s what I think he means.

Read Terry's comment above if you would, this is where I stand on this as well. We have 3 staff members for the CRJ and things in the program are running very smoothly. You can add 1000 more and we would still be in good shape. Splitting programs up won't make a difference and isn't necessary.
