	hey everyone. i just wanted to know how the dispatcher stuff worked. i was asking one of the online dispatchers to give me a route from SEA-GEG yesterday, but got no response. is there something that i'm doing wrong or do i have to have some kind of program in on my sim in order to get dispatcher routes? i can only get the routes that are on the auto dispatch, which are good, but if theres a person on there dispatching, i would like to get a route from there. anyone else wondering about this?

	First - recommend you read the ACARS manual, it talks about dispatch operations. Second - when you want to have a live dispatcher take care of your planning, select your plane, select your to/from, and all other relevant information, in the chat window - type .dispatch and you will either be directed to the pre-existing routes for your flight, or the dispatcher on duty will start talking to you and make your flight routing (talking via a new Private Chat window)
