I'm trying to fly my first flight, but I don't get the temp ID for ACARS. What should I do ?

Click on the checkbox that says New Pilot. The ID will be assigned to you after your first filght.

It's an option in the INSTALLER, not ACARS itself.

I had the old version of ACARS. Ihave just tried downloading the 2.1 version, I clicked the new pilot box and a message came up saying that I was not an active pilot

make sure that you type in your name exactly how you have it here on the DVA website.

Okay, try logging in now. Then give the installer a whirl. If it still doesn't like you, use 620296 as your temp ID.
