Whenever I am on my approach, for example, 22R at KJFK in a LDS 767, say there is a crosswind of about 10 kts. pushing against me. It pushes my aircraft off of the g/s and I end up 10 feet to the left of the runway and I land in the grass. How do I fix this?

Terrell,

there is a technique know as sideslip, i'm not sure if you are meant to use it in larger aircraft, but here is a youtube linke to a guy explainig sideslip for landing in an SF260.

Turn your airliner into the wind. If you have a strong right crosswind on rwy 36 you may have to steer 030 to bring it on in. Look at You-Tube and many of the Boeing jets are shown there on the crosswind approaches. Slips are for light airplanes so enable auto-rudder unless you have pedals.
