OK, maybe I am blind, but when you download the installer for the 777, it says the panel manual is suppose to be there but I can't find anywhere with the aircraft after you do load it. Alsoo it is not listed in the installer. The aircraft manual is there which honestly isn't worth much, but no panel manual. I downloaded both the FSX and FS9 version. A problem I noted with the FS ( is that there is no way to set the course just the heading.

Again proably blind but I can't find the auto land on any of the aircraft I have downloaded.

Any help would be appreciated, I am tried of guessing at the answers on the exam regarding the panel.

I don't think the 777 has autoland. But the Approach you could try and use as Autoland, and take control on the flare out.

LOL, most of what there is to a sim aircraft IS the panel, so that manual you didn't think much of...
well, what do you expect for a freebie smile

Been some time since I took that exam, but I think all you need is in our Document Library and
not something in the a/c install anyway.

OH, autoland requires a dual FMC panel that knows how to actually FLARE the aircraft, you arent gonna
see that on freebie fleet planes, gotta buy a good plane for such things.

Besides, if you ever hope to pass the 777 checkride you better practice that hand-flown final
approach, you'll see what I mean some day soon smile

The most you can really do with this autoland (it's similar to Wilco's) is to keep it lined up with the runway and descending at a safe rate. A real autoland will have the aircraft flare (and I think break) automatically, but this one can't do a full autoland.

Well I just can't wait for that checkride sounds fun. If I can ever pass the written. The funny thing is in the real world I am a real first officer and they let me fly a jet and I can't pass the written 777 exam. lol
