During a flight tonight from KHSV to KATL I had to execute a missed approach and went around. About half-way through the go-around I lost my #2 engine. I cut the fuel to it and compensated, turning for the final approach I landed -210ft/min @ 130knts. However due to my now lack of reverse thrusters I had to brake hard to bring her down to a manageable speed. NTSB (FSPassengers) reports that a tire was under-inflated and the hard braking pushed the tire to it's limit causing it to blow. The picture above is the result. All passengers and crew survived. Now if you need me, I'll be in the Pilot's lounge having a margarita or two. biggrin

that's what we need, an addon called fsNTSB. So after a bad pilot error incident, the next screen you see is you bagging groceries or workin the drivethru at McDonalds biggrin

I had an incident today. The gear switch got touched, while I was climbing to my cruise altitude out of Tulsa today, and FSPassengers declared that I tore my gear off. I had to make a belly landing at Memphis.

We heard about that belly landing here in Memphis. I had no idea until now that it was our own Brittany. Thank goodness you made it through.
