I've noticed that in a lot of pictures, people have ground service serving their planes such as food trucks or maintenance trucks. Do you know how I can get this to happen? If it is a program, where can I find it for FSX?

Well, the vehicles are from the sceneries in most cases.

I suggest you take a look at AES (not out for FSX yet), they add ground service realism for add-on sceneries.
