CP and ACP responsibilities include:

- Managing the aircraft specific check ride
- Reviewing pilot reports
- Helping pilots
- Assisting HR in maintaining decorum and discipline in the cooler and ACARS chat

This is not a complete list but I can say it is a very rewarding job.
