Awesome article. I was very wrapped up the whole tragedy of BK as my Mom was (still is) an FA with them. I was SOOOO shocked when DL made worldwide news when they had reported a loss of $5.2B in ONE QUARTER. I had truley thought they were going to go under but they pulled through thanks to all the great employees and the leadership of JG.
