As far as I know there is no expiration date on photos posted in the cooler or any policy that because the post may be older it's taboo to make a comment. The purpose of maintaining the archive is to enjoy other pilots work and promote dialogue amongst us. Not because this is my original post, but just because it may an older post we should not discourage any member from making appropriate comments.

Didn't mean to sound crabby, but "Nice shot" and "Nice one" placed on a 4-month old thread, newbie or not, is a waste. Now, if someone resurrects an old thread by asking "hey, what add-ons do you have" or "how did you do that", then that adds to the person's learning process.
I did check before I responded....I would not have posted that remark (and actually, I regret doing it anyway....so I apologize) had the resurrector just joined DVA.
