Is there any problem with the "Request Additional Ratings" place within the Pilot Center? I'm a B738 Captain and at my Pilot Testing and Promotion says "You are eligible to transfer to or request additional ratings in the following equipment types upon successful completion of the First Officer's examination for these equipment programs: B757-200, B767-300, DC-6".When I click in Request Additional Ratings I get the following message "You are not able to request a transfer into or additional ratings in any Delta Virtual Airlines Equipment programs"

You have to take the first officer test of any stage 3 program in the testing center

Yeah, you have to take the first officer test of the program you want to get ratings in before you can request the additional ratings.
