How do i request an equipment transfer???

Neil, you need to take a look at the pilot handbook it covers any question you may have on equipment transfers. But first off, you need to become a Captain in your current program. Then take the FO written test for the progam wou want to go into then pass your checkride.

No, other way around. The CP of the program you want to transfer into needs to make sure you know enough about the aircraft before actually letting you get into the cockpit of it.

No prob. Good luck with it. Just don't forget, you need to make Captain in the MD-88 BEFORE you can switch to a Stage 3 program.
