I just thought I'd post about a feature that for me would make finding flights easier, maybe others would find it usefull too.

Im often looking for flights in or out of a particular airport, it would be usefull if you could enter and airport then tick a box to search for flights TO and FROM that airport. I'm just thinking if you maybe wanted to plan a series of flights.
I know that you can search for flights FROM an airport TO any then TO an airport FROM any; but that is 2 searches and to compare your arrival and departure legs its easier to have them together on one search.

Just an idea to maybe improve the flexability of the flight search.

It is already a feature..go to pilot center and go to find a flight, put in the ID of the airport, push the button and WHAMO, magic happens, your airport(s) appear.... cool the magic is brought to you by Luke K

Scott,

You enter the originating airport OR the destination airport and it searches for flights to the destination or from the origin. You currently cant search for flights INTO and OUT OF a single airport which is what I and suggesting.
With the current search you can search for a city pair by filling out both airport boxes, or INTO an airport by selecting destination airport or OUT Of an airport by selecting the origin. You can't search for INTO AND OUT OF a single airport with a single flight search.

Dave: you can put the airport you want to depart from and push the bottom and see a list.......then you can put the same airport in the arrival and push the button and you will see a list.....but you can not do it at the same time....a help desk issue has been created to have Luke see what he can do..... rimshot

I would like to see a map where you enter your departure airport.. then on a google earth map you can see all the flights from that airport..
