Why doesn't DVA offer the American Eagle flights that Delta codeshares on?

Examples:
MQ 3190 is DL 7465
MQ 3040 is DL 7429
MQ 3067 is DL 7452

Being an AMR employee, yes, MQ is a wholly owned subsidiary of AMR Corp. The MQ President is actually an AA employee if you were to look at his paycheck and employee number.
As for code shares, I am not sure that we code share with DAL, but that is something that I could be wrong with.

Here are just the first four flights that were listed on FlightStats, just scroll down to flight information. MQ codeshares with DL

Just about all the airlines use Eagle Flights to get from San Diego to LA and back with a couple of exceptions. When ever I fly out of LA, I leave from San Diego too and all the time on AE (MQ). Sure beats the gamble of 3-5 hour drive to go 90 miles. It's not necesarily a code share, but a partner situation with respect to baggage and times etc.

I know we have an interline with them, but to my knowledge the only US Airline we do not interline with is WN and that is because they refuse to interline.

LAX-SAN and SAN-LAX are in our schedule. They are listed under DVA Historical Routes. You can fly any aircraft you want here so long as you are rated in that aircraft and it can safely make the trip. If you want to duplicate the route you can use the ERJ 135, 140 and 145's that are frequently used on that route in American Eagle colors if you would like. Livery is of your choice. I myself have taken that flight a few times in the real world, its a great little short hop smile

Delta (along with AS,NW did, and I believe CO did) codeshares with MQ for intra-cali routes out of LA. There is a bus that comes to T5 and your can ride out ot the MQ terminal if you have a BP. Delta is starting LAX-SAN 5x daily CR2 in Feb then it goes to 6x daily in early summer.
So yes DL does codeshare with MQ but only MQ and only intra-cali.

Daniel, open up a help desk issue. I had a similar problem maybe last year where a few Continental flights were missing (I knew they should be listed because there were DL flight numbers and they could be found on DL's website).

It will most likely get a medium rating in the issues tracker.

I know DL cut off their interline agreement with Air Tran in 2006. It was a very ugly time and DL figured it would hurt them (FL) more. I don't think it will ever come back.

There is a difference between baggage agreements and interline agreements. We have bag agreements with Frontier but I can tell you for certain that we do not interline with AirTran and Frontier. When we are in an IROP situation (due to MTC), those are two airlines we are not allowed to use.

Depending on what airline you work for that may be the case. At AA, I know of rerouting many passengers on F9, FL every once and a while....I haven't seen a B6 bag in sometime.
