I am about to fly a codeshare flight from KSAN to MMSD generated by DVA random flight generator and was wondering do I depart from a Delta gate or an Aeromexico gate I am going to fly a SkyTeam/Aeromexico livery jet.

It doesn't really matter, but for added realism, you'd depart and dock from the international terminal. An ASA domestic flight operated by Delta would be at a Delta gate though, for example.
