I've tried to take the written exam a couple times, each time it sits a long while
and then fails with some oops. I even thought maybe it was a browser problem
so I tried doing it in IE8 rather than FireFox, but no, it failed the same in either
case.

Can someone fix it, or suggest how to resolve the issue?

I managed to make it work by running it from my laptop, something odd going
on with my game system. hmmmm.
