Does DAL215/216 from JFK to Dakar use a 757 with winglets? The route is 3799miles and the range, according to the book on the 757 is 3200nm? If so, is the fleet loader 757 with winglets, have the increased range for this trip?

Ok, so confirming that DAL215 / 216 does use a Wingletted Plane.

Now the question that remains, the 757 from the fleet loader, with winglets, has the fuel range with winglets?

Yes it does. The 757 manual is extremely outdated. The actual range of 757 with winglets is 4,100NM IIRC.
