Brandon, either nighttime 4th of July, or New year's Eve at midnight will get you fireworks in Vegas, NY, LA, DC and a couple other places

As you can see, it wasn't any special day. Maybe they do it on any night at 10:00pm. I guess you could "warp" to KLAS and change time...
