Hello folks!

I d like to know if there is the end of ALITALIA at DVA.

I was checking at the Find flights and discovered there is a little flight with the Alitalia acfts from the major hubs Rome Leonardo and Milan Malpensa.

What happened?

As you may know there were many changes in airline partnerships recently. Our schedule reflects the changes. If Alitalia is no longer code sharing with DAL or NWA the flights will not be in our schedule. Our schedule continues to have Air France/KLM flights. Currently from Rome there are 15 destinations; from Milan Malpensa 7 destinations.

Understood Terry tks!

I m sad about that. It was very interesting flying through the Italy and interacting throught the controllers inside the Country.

It was also a pleasure knowing every city of Italy simulating the "ALI" as the controllers say the Alitalia Callsign flying the "classic" MD-88

Well as the French people say: "c'est la vie"

Also remember, that Alitalia had to cut a lot of routes after the financial problems last year. Probably they also cut some routes with Delta codeshare

That's interesting since there were talks of Alitalia entering the same Joint Venture Agreement as Delta-KLM-Air France.
