when one signs up for an event , do i also book a flight through acars or from the flight schedule . Do you have to use a particular flight time and flight number for the route
How do i get credit for flying the route.
I gather that regardless of my rating type I can use my approved aircraft type and get credit for the flight being flown in the event

Hope that make some sense

The details are in the briefing section of each flight. For example, go to this Tuesday's Tracon event:
ONLINE EVENTS--TRACON TUESDAY--click on it and you will see the Briefing section
Scroll down (in the box) and the answers to most of your questions will be found there.
There is a line in there that states you must use your DVA PID in order to get credit for the flight. (Or something like that)

Have fun with it. I always miss them due to the fact that these things are always scheduled when I have to put my kids to bed
