It has a couple of time now...
I will go to power up the engines, (regardless of a/c) and only one engine responds. Which makes for a frustrating approach I might add. The only way to beat it is to re-load the a/c during the flight, which results in the default full amount and payload. On most of our fleet a/c this results in an overwieght condition.

Anyone have any ideas on this?

Are you typing anything on the keyboard immediately prior? When this happens to me, it's usually because I've pressed the "e" key followed by a digit. Try pressing E+1, 2 [3, 4, n for the number of engines] in succession to get the engine control back.
