Does anyone know why in FS9 when in panel view I get red and yellow lines appearing on the right side of my screen?

It looks as if the color is bleeding like a cut from the panel. As if it had blood...
My screen is a Dell 1366x768x32 it has LCD Conditioning.

Would that fix it? I've tried LCD Conditioning before but it takes a really long time and it never finishes. About how long does it take?
