Well where do i start.... well i wanted to try a 747-200 in a quick flight from KCVG to KIND to learn its systeams you know what i'm going on about, anyhu the gear keeped braking and well it was really annoying. After having that happened i consided defeat and whiped out a 744 all was fine right up too the point when all A/P funtions cut out (not inculding A/T) i though ok i can live without it fly like daddy use too. BUT 2 minutes later all LCD screens flicked off so now i have no Navgtion gear and only three working Gugdes. Now i'm flying like me great gran dady!. I didn't set any failures of anykind (with my knowalge anyway) now i would like too know why this happened. I'm still flying this flight now cause i'm a stubben and i'm finishing this flight!
I'm not too sure what my Computer specs are either.

That's why people still put ~1500 dollars worth of steam guages as back ups to 50,000 dollar glass panels. Flying by the sound and feel of the airplane - now that's how it's done. If you landed it - congrats.

Oh i landed........at -1123 feet/minute
I didn't really care about the A/P but the fact that everything went is whats annoying me.

In these kind of cases, I would have reloaded the aircraft from Select Aircraft Menu option in FS and usually everything turns back to normal.

For default FS and DVA provided POSKY planes, usually that is all that needs to be done along with some switch flipping to bring the A/C back to normal and under A/P control.

Payware are complex and there is a lot of switch flipping to turn back to 'normal'. FMC most often refuses to reload the route and there is no GPS to guide you. In these cases, I switch back to 'back to basics' VOR and NDB flying and do a approach and landing using the basic instruments which are at-least ON and functioning. Then park your aircraft look back as to what went wrong and try and avoid it next time.

You should disconnect from Vatsim in the paused and recovery state and when the A/c is back to normal and pitch and roll movements have subsided and A/P is controlling the A/c normally, reconnect to VATSIM and declare your situation.

Also you can use the inbuilt Garmin GPS for lateral guidance, which could have helped you guide back to airfield without pausing the sim now and then.

You may want to make sure your generators (alternator basically) are on too... It may work for a few minutes but if they are switched off then your equipment will drain the batteries once you are flyin.

Sorry i didn't answer sooner, there was no power what so ever so the GPS was off, and i knew the basic way, and snice it was only like 200KM i thought it was to late anyway.
