Net framework 2.0 is very old, was released on 2006. Which means that Windows 7 has the newest version of it. Something around 3s.

So it's ready for WOAI then I presume? The site says you must have 2.0 so I guess that means the minimum correct?

Yes. I installed WOAI on my Win 7 and it works 100%. No issues at all.
