I searched the water cooler and didn't see anything..... Does anyone notice the following things with their Captain Sim products?

1) on the 757-200 the ILS doesn't display anything on the PFD and certain sounds don't work (seatbelt ding-dong)
2) on the 767-300 the ILS doesn't display anything on the PFD and certain sounds don't work (same example) AND the ground bleed air doesn't work, neither does APU bleed air.

I'm pretty proficient in aircraft systems (i.e. cold and dark starts, FMC programming, so-on) so I don't think this is something I'm doing incorrectly. If you are or have experienced these issues, let me know - I would greatly appreciate any help. CS support is next on my list to contact, but I'm not holding out any hope of getting anywhere with that route.
