hm ... never knew that ACARS needs to be synchronized with your system clock , interesting,
I think you should send this direct to luke.

Got it fixed. The problem was I just installed a new mother board and some other stuff but the date in the bios was wrong lol. I didnt even know DVACARS worked with the system clock!
