Anyone runs a Dell Optiplex 320 that seems to have a problem with startup after a period of time?

It only takes awhile to boot when i have the GPU inside but if i remove it the computer launches on button press, So I'm ruling out the bad motherboard. I tried three different memory sticks of RAM and same thing with the GPU inside. My computer was under warranty but Dell took so long with the motherboard the warranty ran over so now im stuck.
