Sometimes, when I start a flight on FSX, the toolbar on the top isn't there. Even when I hit ALT, the menu doesn't show up. Sometimes it is there, and sometimes it isn't. How can I make it stay there permantly?

That's one of those problems that may require a reinstall of FSX or maybe a repair.. I had that happen with my ATC one time in FS9. Sometimes it would work and sometimes it would'nt and I finally got tired of fighting with it and reinstalled FS and it fixed the problem.
