FSX screws up again, surprise surprise. It won't get past the splash screen and then says a fatal error has occurred. It closes after this message and I can't fly. I tried recovering the Logbook, but there's nothing wrong with it. Please help, I need to get back up in the air. Thanks in advance

Pretty vague. What are your system specs and OS?

Have you installed SP1 and SP2? Did you install Acceleration?

A Dell computer with Windows 7, and I have Acceleration and SP1 installed. I don't have SP2 installed though.

I was having problems too and found out in Windows 7 you should run FSX (and ACARS) in Admin mode. Just right-click on the icon for the program and select Run As Administrator.
