I bought a new processor about 9 months ago, and i cant install it in my current motherboard because it has different fittings. So i've looked online at motherboards and found one (well i did a while ao, if its still available or not is a different question) but i am putting off buying it incase something like my graphics card or RAM wont fit in it, then ill need to buy more components which i dont really have the funds to do.

So basically (to put it short) what im looking to find out is... Will my current components work with this new motherboard?

The reason im asking here is because i really dont know where else to find out, my parents arent any help because my mom only works with the outside, and a computer is too advanced for my dad, plus i dont really have any friends who would know about this sort of thing.

So any help is apreciated smile
Thanks

Well for us to determine, you need to post the motherboard and what components you have!

If you check with the motherboard manufacturer's web site they have a chart of CPU and memory support. Like Nicholas said, we can help you more if you provide all your system specs.
